Point Bridge Capital’s Hal Lambert, the Big Pig of Fort Worth, got Judge Mark Pittman to agree to a proposed discovery order. The list of search terms and a framework for addressing them was disclosed by DLA Piper to defendant Charles Johnson this week, and I’ve gotten a look at it.
