Things to Keep an Eye On
Devin Nunes wants to reorganize ODNI for Israel, GHF contractors using live rounds, ICC hack, $16 billion healthcare fraud takedown, Chinese spies near Navy bases
Devin Nunes continues to do the Israelis’ bidding
Rep. Nunes was one of the most important cover-up artists for the Israeli role in the Steele Dossier. Like most Republican congressmen he is a slave of Likud, and because he was a good little slave playing his part, he got to be the hero in Amanda Milius’s fake senior project documentary about Trump. Now, John Solomon, an Israeli-approved editor, tells us Nunes wants to reorganize the ODNI:
The chairman of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board (PIAB), Devin Nunes, told Just the News that his colleagues are working on intelligence agency reform options for President Donald Trump, and his personal preference is to shrink the top spy agency and disperse more spies and analysts outside Washington.
“Having people in foreign countries for longer durations, in my opinion, is critically important,” Nunes said in a wide-ranging interview on the John Solomon Reports podcast. “And having fewer and fewer people (in DC), whether it's at the FBI or any of the Defense Department agencies. The more people you have in Washington, the worst things will be,” the former California Congressman said.
The ODNI was created because the CIA was occasionally at odds with Dick Cheney and the Israelis over the intelligence supporting war with Iraq. Today, however, the CIA director John Ratcliffe is a former Texas House Republican, therefore he is a Likud slave, and so it’s in the Israelis’ interest for the CIA to be more powerful again, and make the ODNI, now run by Tulsi Gabbard who occasionally contradicts them, less powerful. The common denominator is that Republicans only reorganize the government in ways that are beneficial to Israel.
Gaza Humanitarian Foundation contractors using live rounds
Via AP:
American contractors guarding aid distribution sites in Gaza are using live ammunition and stun grenades as hungry Palestinians scramble for food, according to accounts and videos obtained by The Associated Press.
Two U.S. contractors, speaking to the AP on condition of anonymity because they were revealing their employers’ internal operations, said they were coming forward because they were disturbed by what they considered dangerous and irresponsible practices. They said the security staff hired were often unqualified, unvetted, heavily armed and seemed to have an open license to do whatever they wished.
The Financial Times also reported this week that the plan was worked on by Boston Consulting Group, where Mitt Romney and Benjamin Netanyahu worked together a few decades ago:
Boston Consulting Group modelled the costs of “relocating” Palestinians from Gaza and entered into a multimillion-dollar contract to help launch an aid scheme for the shattered enclave, a Financial Times investigation has found. The consulting firm helped establish the Israel- and US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and supported a related security company but then disavowed the project, which has been marred by the deaths of hundreds of Palestinians, and fired two partners last month.
GHF is now run by Rev’d Johnnie Moore, an Israeli asset who pretends to be a pastor.
India and Israel cooperating to surveil Iran
An important story with implications for the Gulf states too:
The Telegram channel “Diary of an Iranian Journalist” caused a major stir by publishing a post revealing years of covert cooperation between India and Israel against Iran.
“Over the past two decades, India has dominated the global software industry. As a result, the Persian Gulf states and Iran have become highly dependent on Indian software and programmers. After the Mossad infiltrated Iran and an investigation was launched jointly with China and Russia, it was discovered that Indian programmers maintained connections with India via Elon Musk’s Starlink. Arrests and interrogations revealed a shocking truth: most Indian software in Iran was, in fact, of Israeli origin, embedded with backdoors, and transmitting real-time data to Israel. Among the compromised systems were civil registries, passport databases, airport infrastructures, and more.
Even more alarming, this software interferes with military hardware and allows for remote control. The same system is reportedly being used in Gulf states such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait. This means that all entry and exit points, including those in Egypt, are under surveillance, and the collected data is being sent to Israel.
Iran made this information public, triggering a major regional crisis. A complete severing of diplomatic ties with India is expected in the coming days,” the channel reported.
ICC hacked
It’s been well known the Israelis and probably others too have been surveilling the International Criminal Court for years, but there was another incident early this week:
Late last week, the International Criminal Court (“ICC” or “the Court”) detected a new, sophisticated and targeted cyber security incident, which has now been contained.
This incident, the second of this type against the ICC in recent years, was swiftly discovered, confirmed and contained, through the Court’s alert and response mechanisms. A Court-wide impact analysis is being carried out, and steps are already being taken to mitigate any effects of the incident.
$16 billion healthcare fraud takedown
The largest healthcare fraud action in U.S. history, via DOJ:
The Justice Department today announced the results of its 2025 National Health Care Fraud Takedown, which resulted in criminal charges against 324 defendants, including 96 doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other licensed medical professionals, in 50 federal districts and 12 State Attorneys General’s Offices across the United States, for their alleged participation in various health care fraud schemes involving over $14.6 billion in intended loss. The Takedown involved federal and state law enforcement agencies across the country and represents an unprecedented effort to combat health care fraud schemes that exploit patients and taxpayers.
Demonstrating the significant return on investment that results from health care fraud enforcement efforts, the government seized over $245 million in cash, luxury vehicles, cryptocurrency, and other assets as part of the coordinated enforcement efforts. As part of the whole-of-government approach to combating health care fraud announced today, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) also announced that it successfully prevented over $4 billion from being paid in response to false and fraudulent claims and that it suspended or revoked the billing privileges of 205 providers in the months leading up to the Takedown. Civil charges against 20 defendants for $14.2 million in alleged fraud, as well as civil settlements with 106 defendants totaling $34.3 million, were also announced as part of the Takedown.
Democrats say there’s no such thing as Medicare and Medicaid fraud, but it’s clearly a multi-billion-dollar problem.
Diddy convicted of transportation
But cleared on the big charges:
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, but has dodged the three most serious charges: Two counts of sex trafficking and one count of racketeering.
He could face a maximum of 10 years each for the two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Rep. Ron Estes’ intern shot in NW DC
He was 21:
Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, an intern in the office of Rep. Ron Estes, was shot and killed in Northwest D.C. on Monday night, Metropolitan Police and the Kansas Republican confirmed.
Tarpinian-Jachym, 21, was a Granby, Mass., resident who joined Estes’ office earlier in June. Metropolitan Police said in a statement Wednesday that detectives believe he was not the intended target of the shooting.
“I will remember his kind heart and how he always greeted anyone who entered our office with a cheerful smile,” Estes said in a statement on Wednesday. “We are grateful to Eric for his service to Kansas’ 4th District and the country.”
Chinese spies busted recruiting on Navy bases
Via Fox:
Two Chinese nationals face serious charges after they allegedly acted as agents of the People's Republic of China’s government to collect intelligence about U.S. Navy service members and bases, while also recruiting other military members to carry out tasks for the country’s main foreign intelligence service, the Ministry of State Security (MSS).
The Department of Justice (DOJ) said Chinese national Yuance Chen, who resides in Happy Valley, Oregon, and Liren Lai, who traveled to Houston on a tourist visa in April 2025, were arrested on Friday. Both individuals face charges of overseeing and carrying out various clandestine intelligence tasks in the U.S. on behalf of the Ministry of State Security.
A housing collapse may be in the offing
There are big giveaways to developers in the BBB as pertains to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. If you combine that with mass deportations, it will crash the housing market. That would be a good thing for Millennials and Zoomers, but one or the other may fail to materialize to keep the Stephen Millers of the world in fine fettle. There’s a 12 percent increase in the allocation of them, a big bonus depreciation, and a permanent reduction in the bond test threshold.
Even the German bishops’ conference considered Traditionis custodes too harsh
Quite an admission here:
Most bishops seem to have had nothing wrong with Benedict's liberalization. Even the German Bishops' Conference, which is suspicious of traditionalism, is said to have spoken out in favor of maintaining the coexistence of ordinary (post-conciliar) and extraordinary (pre-conciliar) form. The leak at the right time could now now prepare or try to promote a new change in the liturgical status quo by Pope Leo XIV, depending on the origin.
