Thomas "Tommy" Sessions -- a woman-beating redneck with "Fugitive of the Week" status and swastika tattoos attacks a mixed ethnic family. He goes to an old church at midnight and asks for help, then knifes the man helping him. He isn't charged with a hate crime but should have been. Substack blogger claims Sessions is innocent. But Thomas Sessions says otherwise. Here's his confession...

ALLOCUTION OF THOMAS M. SESSIONS:

The Court: You're going to have to tell me what happened on March 23, 2018 as it relates to [the victim].

The Defendant: Okay.

The Court: Did you go to his house at approximately midnight on that night?

The Defendant: Yes, your honor.

The Court: Who were you with?

The Defendant: I was with my brother, Travis Sessions, your honor.

The Court: Where was your brother?

The Defendant: He was at the base of the road behind me, your honor.

The Court: What did you do when you got to [your victim's] house?

The Defendant: I asked [him] for help so my brother could see if he recognized him as the person he was arguing with, your honor. From there, when my brother said yes, I had a bladed instrument in my hand and I punched him with it. I didn't think it was going to do the damage it had done, your honor.

The Court: Where did you hit him?

The Defendant: I hit him in the lower chin area.

The Court: Do you admit to me then Mr. Sessions that on March 23, 2018 that you did cause serious physical injury to [your victim]?

The Defendant: Yes, your honor.

The Court: Did you -- do you admit to me that you did cause serious physical injury to [your victim]?

The Defendant: Yes, your honor.

The Court: You admit to me that you did it with a dangerous instrument..that is, a knife?

The Defendant: Yes, your honor.

The Court: As to the crime of assault in the first degree, how do you plead?

The Defendant: Guilty, your honor.

The Court: Your attorney is going to hand you a packet of papers. Take the packet, fill it out out to the best of your ability. Turn it back in to one of the officers. I'm going to schedule sentencing for...

Clerk of the Court: May 21st.

The Court: May 21st at 9:15. Now, between now and your sentencing date Mr. Sessions, if you get charged, although you're going to remain in the Broome County Jail, if you get charged with any criminal conduct at all and I'm satisfied there's a basis for the charge, you will not be permitted to withdraw the plea, I'll no longer be bound by my sentencing commitment [and] I'm telling you right now, you're getting double digits.

The Defendant: Yes, your honor.

The Court: Do you understand me?

The Defendant: Yes, your honor.

The Court: Do you have any questions?

The Defendant: No, your honor.

The Court: And that's going to be with five years post release supervision, do you understand that?

The Defendant: Yes, your honor.

The Court: Mr. Sessions, I've also issued an Order of protection. The order of protection directs you to have no contact with the person listed in the Order. No contact means no contact. That's in person [or] via third party, no one can contact him on your behalf by social media, in person, or any other means. Do you have any questions?

The Defendant: No, your honor.

Tommy's nazi tattoos weren't photoshopped at all! Who are you? The internet says "Jew baiting Paleocon" but I'm too country to know what that means. I know you're not local or you'd know the swastikas were up on his Facebook forever. He took them down after he stabbed someone because he didn't want a hate crime charge. Research at all? Guess you must not know what he did to the customer in the WP McDonalds who accidentally bumped into him. BAM! elbow to the back of the head. McDonalds employees jumped in to keep the guy from getting stomped by Tommy and his friends. He's been the Most Wanted fugitive in Broome County at least twice including the attempted murder. First time was for beating up a girl. You don't mention that! But usually from behind is how Tommy fights. You must have talked to the wrong people. Everybody knows Tommy went to that house and pretended he needed help then attacked when the guy was trying to help him. Disgusting! You should have your head examined for attacking the victim. Hope you get sued, because you deserve it! How dare you expose those who offered to help catch Tommy Sessions? Is that a crime? Nope its not! Tommy was running from the cops and a reward was posted. And you put their information out there and you put them in danger from a guy who woke a man up at midnight and stabbed him from behind? Also, this is the worst writing ever. You literally had years to write this. Pretty sure the first paragraph was plagiarized from the internet.
